Orders
An order is final once Stripe confirms payment and NGIN accepts it. We may contact you if an order detail needs clarification. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders we cannot fulfill.

We work to keep product specifications, images, and pricing accurate. If a listing contains an error, we will contact you with the option to confirm or cancel your order.
Off-Road and Warning Equipment Use
Auxiliary lighting and certain exterior products are intended for off-road use. Emergency warning equipment (red and blue lights, sirens, PA amplifiers, and amber warning lights) is sold for authorized agency, fleet, and professional use only and is subject to the authorized-use policy. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the vehicle, lighting, and road-use laws in your location.
Installation
Improper installation can damage your vehicle or the product. Structural, electrical, and sensor-related installs should be performed by qualified professionals. Installing aftermarket parts may affect your vehicle's warranty coverage, so review your manufacturer's warranty terms before installation.
